    The Committee on Government Organization moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

    Eng. Senate Bill No. 360--A Bill to amend and reenact §7-14-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to requiring county commissions and sheriff’s offices provide certain deputy sheriffs with equipment to perform duties, including ballistic vests.
